| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨自攻钛钉接骨板结合颌间牵引钉治疗颌骨骨折的临床疗效.方法:对35例颌骨骨折患者行微型钛板坚固内固定术,辅以自攻型颌间牵引钉进行颌间牵引.结果:35例患者术后伤口均Ⅰ期愈合拆线,其中30例达到解剖复位标准,5例基本复位.咬合关系均恢复至正常.结论:自攻钛钉接骨板结合颌间牵引结扎钉是目前治疗颌骨骨折较为理想的治疗方案.

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the efficiency of miniplate osteosynthesis and miniscrew in the treatment of jaw fracture.Methods: 31 patients with jaw fracture were treated with titanium miniplate osteosynthesis,and intermaxillary traction with inter maxillary traction titanium screw after operation.Results: Primary wound-healing was achieved in this group,and occlusions and articulation were all restored.Conclusion: The miniplate osteosynthesis,with inter maxillary traction titanium screw,is an effective way in the treatment of jaw fracture. |
