乳腺癌病人的围术期护理

[目的]探讨乳腺癌病人的围术期最佳护理方法。[方法]进行术前疏导及采取个体化护理,提供相关信息,完成术前各项常规和特殊检查,术中保持情绪稳定,术后病情动态观察,保持呼吸道及引流管通畅,科学合理体疗,功能锻炼指导,强调术后保持积极向上心态,出院后定期复诊,学会自我体检。[结果]64例病人均痊愈出院,无护理并发症发生。[结论]科学、有效的围术期护理是减少并发症、减轻病人痛苦、促进病人身心康复的关键。

Perioperative nursing experiences of breast cancer patients
