| 摘 要： | 住院医师是教学医院医教研等各项工作的生力军、后备力量。其临床技能的提高是医院医疗安全、可持续发展的重要保证。通过分析住院医院技能培训存在的不足，统一培训标准，规范培训步骤与管理，有助于住院医师成长及其临床技能的提高。

| Abstract: | Residents are the new and reserve force of medical teaching and research work in teaching hospitals. The improvement of the clinical skills is an important guarantee for hospitals in both medical security and sustainable development. By analyzing the insufficiency of residents＇ skills training, unifying the criterion of the training, standardizing the steps and management will help residents＇ growth and improve their clinical skills. |
