摘    要:目的分析高龄患者行髋关节置换术围手术期的危险因素,针对危险因素研究提高手术安全性的处理措施。方法将在怀化市第一人民医院行髋关节置换术的98例患者按年龄分为高龄组与常规组,对比分析高龄患者围术期的危险因素,并据此研究处理措施。结果两组的手术方式与麻醉方式比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论通过严格的病例选择与完善的术前准备,高龄患者行人工髋关节置换术安全可行,积极预防与及时正确处理术后并发症,可使绝大多数高龄患者安全地接受手术及术后康复治疗。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the risk factors in perioperative period of hip arthroplasty on elderly patients and thus improve surgical safety measures according to the risk factor research results. Methods Ninty eight patients who received hip arthroplasty in the first people's hospital of Huaihua were selected and randomly divided into the elderly group and the ordinary group according to their ages. Comparatively analyzed the risk factors in perioperative period of hip arthroplasty of elderly patients,and study accordingly treatment measures. Results The surgical methods and anesthesia methods had significant differences between the two groups( P〈0. 01). Conclusion Through strict patients selection and improved preoperative preparations,it is safe and feasible for elderly patients to receive hip arthroplasty. Active prevention and timely correct treatment of postoperative complications enable the vast majority of elderly patients to undergo surgery and postoperative rehabilitation safely.
