| 摘 要： | 目的探讨雷贝拉唑、多潘立酮联合替普瑞酮治疗反流性食管炎的疗效。方法将74例患者分成观察组和对照组,每组37例,对照组口服雷贝拉唑和多潘立酮片,观察组加服替普瑞酮,比较两组的临床疗效和不良反应。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,不良反应低。结论雷贝拉唑、多潘立酮联合替普瑞酮治疗反流性食管炎疗效明显,不良反应少,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of rabeprazole,domperidone and teprenone on reflux esophagitis.Methods Seventy-four patients were divided into two groups（ 37 cases in each group）,rabeprazole and domperidone tablets was given orally in the control group,and rabeprazole,domperidone tablets and teprenone was given orally in observation group. The therapeutic effect and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group was obviously higher than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）,and adverse reaction was less in observation group.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of rabeprazole,domperidone and teprenone on reflux esophagitis is obvious,and it has less adverse reaction,so it is worthy promoting. |
