| 摘 要： | 中国护理要走向世界，必须走中西医结合的发展道路，而具有科学思维和创新能力的中西医结合高等护理人才的培养足我们在竞争中取胜的关键之一。教育者应该转变教育观念、优化课程结构、提高师资水平、改进教学方法、改革考试形式，从而培养高素质的中西医结合本科护理人才满足新世纪社会所需。

| Abstract: | The factor of nursing talents is the key to improving competitive power of China nursing in the world.Therefore, it is necessary to train nursing undergraduate with the ability of scientific thinking and innovation in integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine ( TCM) and Western Medicine.It is very important to change educational concepts, optimize the structure of courses, improve the quality of teachers, reform teaching and examination methods in order to meet the needs of new century's society. |
