| 摘 要： | 目的了解接触性皮炎患者斑贴试验中常见的过敏原情况。方法采用斑贴试验检查256例接触性皮炎患者。结果256例接触性皮炎患者中斑贴试验阳性共245例，其中对1种物质过敏87例，2种物质过敏102例，3种物质过敏33例，4种及4种以上物质过敏23例。过敏原中以硫酸镍、氯化钴、重铬酸钾、芳香混合物、松香、甲醛及对苯二胺较为常见。结论斑贴试验是临床诊断接触性皮炎简单可靠的方法，可以协助患者找到确切的过敏原，避免再次接触，达到预防复发的目的。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss characteristic of contact allergens on patients with contact dermatitis.Methods Two hundred and fifty-six cases with contact dermatitis were tested with patch test.Results The clinical data showed that 245 cases in 256 cases displayed patch test positive.In these cases,87 cases were hyperergic to one allergen,102 cases were hyperergic to two allergens,33 cases were hyperergic to three allergens,and 23 cases were hyperergic to four allergens or above.The main allergens were niekel sulfat... |
