下肢长干骨骨折应用带锁髓内钉术后并发症的防治

目的:总结应用带锁髓内钉术治疗下肢长干骨骨折的治疗效果,分析术后并发症的应用,提出防治方法。方法:对98例股骨、胫骨干骨折应用带锁髓内钉治疗病例进行总结分析。结果:全部骨折均骨性愈合,出现各种并发症12例。结论:带锁骨髓内钉具有损伤小,脊膜干扰小,骨折固定力臂长等优点。虽有不少并发症,只要不断总结改进,大部分是可以避免的,其应用是安全和稳定的。

Prevention and Treatment of Postoperative Complications of Long Bone Fracture in the Lower Limbs with Locked Bone nail

Objective To summarize the effects of locked bone nail in curing long bone fracture in the lower limbs,analyze the application of postoperative complications and propose the preventive and curing strategies.Methods 98 cases with fracture of femoral bone and shaft of tibia were treated with locked bone nail.Results Synostosis was displayed in all the cases,in which 12 cases appeared complications.Conclusion Locked bone nail has advantages such as minor injury,little interference to periostei and long force arm during fracture fixation,etc.Although it presented lots of complications,many of them could be avoided as long as uninterrupt improvement could be performed.The application of locked bone nail in long bone fracture treatment is safe and steady.
