| 摘 要： | Barrett食管（BE）作为食管腺癌的癌前病变已得到公认,其正确的病理诊断有助于临床治疗方案的制定和预后评估.本文就BE的病理学特征、病理诊断的影响因素、异型增生诊断的临床意义等问题作一概述,旨在进一步提高临床医师对BE病理诊断的认识.

| Abstract: | It is generally accepted that Barrett＇s esophagus （BE） is a precursor of esophageal adenocarcinoma. For that, a reliable pathological diagnosis of BE is of great significance to the formulation of clinical therapeutic scheme and assessment of prognosis. In order to improve the understanding by clinicians on the pathological diagnosis of BE, several issues, including the pathological features of BE, the influential factors on pathological diagnosis and the clinical interpretation of dysplasia, were summarized in this article. |
