| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨老年急性胆道系统感染的诊断和治疗方法。方法 回顾性分析1988年至2003年收治的50例老年急性胆道感染患者的病因、临床诊断及手术治疗结果等资料。结果 老年人患胆道系统疾病病史较长，合并症多，并发症发生率30％，治愈率96％，病死率8％。结论 重视围手术期处理，对提高治愈率，减少并发症，降低病死率至关重要。

| Abstract: | Objective To review the experience in the diagnosis and treatment of the aged patients with acute infection of the bile duct system. Methods Clinical data from 50 aged patients with acute infection of bile duct system from 1988 to 2003 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Aged patients with acute infection of bile duct system had the following characteristics: long lasting time, high incidence of complications (30%). Conclusion Attention paid to the management during the perioperative period is important for the improvement of cure rate and decrease in complications and fatality rate. |
