原发性食管结核误诊为食管癌1例分析并文献复习

目的：探讨食管结核诊断和治疗的临床特点。方法：报告1例食管结核并复习相关文献。结果：报告1例食管结核，男性，48岁，表现为吞咽困难和胸骨后疼痛，初步诊断为食管癌，行外科手术治疗。病变组织和淋巴结病检显示上皮细胞和郎格汉氏细胞增生，伴有干酪样坏死，无恶变。术后给予抗结核治疗，病愈，无并发症，随访6个月无复发。结论：临床医生应充分认识这一疾病的特点，并在食管病变中认真加以鉴别。

Esophageal Tuberculosis Misdiagnosed as Esophageal Carcinoma.A Case Report and Literature Review

Objective：To explore the clinical characteristics of the diagnosis and therapy of esophageal tuberculosis. Methods .A case was reported and the relative literature was reviewed. Results ：We reported a case of esophageal tuberculosis of a 48-year-old male with symptoms of dysphagia and pectoralgia for one month. Our primary diagnosis was established as esophageal carcinoma and the patient underwent surgical therapy. Histological examination of the excisional lesion and lymph nodes showed epithelioid granulomas, Langhans＇giant cells,caseous necrosis, with no evidence of malignancy. Antituberculous treatment was given for the patient after operation, The patient recovered well without any complaints and still had no recurrence after 6 months following up. Conclusion ：Clinicians should aware the features of ET and this rare disease should be considered in the differential diagnosis of esophageal lesions.
