172例老年妇科手术临床分析

目的：探讨老年妇科手术的临床特点及围手术期值得注意的问题，旨在提高手术效果和安全性。方法：对172例≥65岁妇女妇科手术等资料进行回顾性分析。结果：发现子宫脱垂和生殖道恶性肿瘤是手术主要指征，分别占31．39％和21．51％。172例病人均顺利完成拟定手术，全子宫切除术是主要术式。结论：有明确手术指征的老年妇科手术是必须的；经过充分的术前准备以及术中、术后严密监护，老年妇女多可安全完成手术；对有绝经后阴道流血或B超提示宫腔内病变或子宫内膜增厚者必须先施行分段诊刮术。

Gyneocologic Operations in Elderly Women:a Report of 172 cases

Objective: To study tae characters and problems of peri-operation of gynecologic operations in elderly women,in order to in ctease the effects and safeties.Methods: The data of 172 cases of female patienta over 65 years old were studied retyospectly.Results: Metroptosis and genital cancers were the main indications of operations,account for 31.39%and 21.51%,rewpectively.Patients wmderwent the operations saccessfally,and pan-hysterectomy was the main type of the operation.Conclusion: It is nessary to operate when operative indication is clear in eldery women.Most elderly momen can complete the operations by fully preoperative prepare,stirct cares in operation and after operation.It Should be messisary to have currettage of uterus in patients with bleeding after menopause or leisons of uterus suggested by ultrosonogrsphy.
