超高压电镜脊髓腹角神经元的线状溶酶体的酶细胞化学观察

摘    要:应用电镜酸性磷酸酶(ACP)细胞化学技术显示大鼠脊髓腹角神经元的ACP酶活性分布,并进行了超高压电子显微镜观察。酸性磷酸酶不仅存在于胞质内的圆球形溶酶体,还可见该酶阳性的线状溶酶体伸展或呈弯曲走行在胞质中,证明了脊髓腹角神经元存在线状溶酶体。

Abstract:Under high voltage electron microscope, we studied the distribution of ACPase activity in neurons of ventral horn in rats' spinal cord by ACPase zymo cytochemical technique. ACPase activity was present not only in spherical lysosome but also in nematolysosome extending or curving along the cytoplasm. The findings suggested that nematolysosomes existed in neurons of ventral horn in spinal cord.
