产妇分娩由家人陪伴的优越性

目的：探讨产妇分娩由家人陪伴的优越性。方法：将2008年1月～2010年1月于本科就诊的800名正常产妇作为研究对象,其中400名有家人陪伴分娩作为观察组,另400名由本科常规护理分娩作为对照组,经统计学处理两者的观察指标。结果：比较观察组与对照组在产妇的安全感、总产程时间、自然分娩数、产后24h出血例数和新生儿窒息例数均差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05或P〈0.01。结论：分娩由家人陪伴是当前为产妇服务的一种新型模式,对保证母婴健康、提高医护质量,具有很大的优越性,应大力提倡。

Maternity advantages accompanied by family members

Objective：To investigate the superiority of family accompanied parturition.Methods：800 regular puerpera were studied from January 2008 to January 2010 in our department, 400 of which were accompanied by family in parturition as observation group while others nursed routinely as control group.The observation index of both was then statistical analyzed.Results：There are significant differences in puerpera＇s sense of security, total parturition time, amount of spontaneous labor, postpartum hemorrhage in 24 hours and asphyxia neonatorum between observation group and control group（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion：Family accompanied parturition is currently a new model of labor service for puerperal today, with great advantage in maternal and child health guarantee and quality of service improvement, and should be advocated.
