| 摘 要： | 本文对11例心肌梗塞冠状动脉造影所见与临床表现作对照分析。冠状动脉病变分布较广泛,大多数病例仍适合作“搭桥”手术。第四心音与左室功能损害及室壁的顺应性差有关。心电图诊断为前间壁或下壁心肌梗塞时,推测其主要梗塞相关动脉分别为左前降支或右冠状动脉。

| Abstract: | Eleven cases of myocardial infarction are reported.Coronary arteriography was performed during acute stage in 3 cases,subacute stage in 3 cases end chronic stage in 5 cases.There were two cases complicated hyperlipemia and none of them complicated diabetes.There were three diseased arteries in 9 cases,one and two diseased arteries in 1 case respectively,9 cases had narrowing left main coronary artery.In all the cases,there were 7 cases suitable for bypass surgery.Fourth heart sound correlated with damage of left ventricular function and compliance.It was found that in anteroseptal or inferior myocardial infarction,left anterior descendingartery or right coronary artery was main infarct-related artery respectively. |
