Abstract:Cutaneous metastases from a renal cell carcinoma are rarely diagnosed during life. We report a case of renal carcinoma metastatic to the skin that occurred 18 months after kidney removal. The cutaneous metastasis was excised. Cutaneous metastases from urological tumors are uncommon and occur in 1% of the patients, and their clinical appearance may mimic other common dermatological disorders affecting patients with advanced malignancies.
