| 摘 要： | 目的：评价5种不同的护理干预减轻患者静滴FDP时局部疼痛的效果。方法：将符合纳入标准的150例患者随机分为5组,对照组给予常规护理,实验组A、B、C、D组分别在常规护理基础上进行酒精湿敷、湿热敷、皮肤按摩、湿热敷及皮肤按摩,在静滴FDP结束时评估疼痛程度。结果：静滴FDP结束时A、B、C、D组的疼痛程度评分低于对照组,D组的疼痛程度评分低于A、B、C组。结论：A、B、C、D组的护理干预能有效减轻患者静滴FDP局部疼痛,D组的护理干预效果优于A、B、C组。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the effects of five kinds of nursing interventions on relieving local pain caused by infusion of FDP in AMI patients. Methods: 150 AMI patients were divided randomly into five groups. Control group was treated with routine nursing.
