纤支镜灌洗联合机械通气在严重肺部感染患者中的应用研究

摘    要:目的研究纤支镜灌洗联合机械通气在严重肺部感染患者中的应用。方法抽取60例严重肺部感染患者分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者经鼻气管插管进行机械通气,观察组患者在此基础上联合纤支镜在直视下进行灌洗。结果观察组患者治疗后PH值、PaO2及PaCO2的变换程度明显大于对照组,机械通气时间与住院时间明显少于对照组,差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论对严重肺部感染患者在机械通气的基础上使用纤支镜灌洗联合治疗,能够有效改善患者通气功能情况,缩短患者恢复自主通气时间及住院时间。

Abstract:Objective To study the application effects of fiberbronchoscope lavage combined with mechanical ventilation in severe pulmonary infection patients. Methods A total of 60 cases of severe pulmonary infection were divided into observation group and control group, the control group patients were given nasal endotracheal intubation mechanical ventilation, the observation group patients on the basis of the control group treatment were added combination with bronchoscope for tracheal intubation lavage under direct vision. Results The patients in the observation group after treatment, PaO2, PaCO2 and pH value of the degree of transformation were greater than those in the control group, the duration oi mechanical ventilation and length ot hospital stay were significantly less than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The use of fiberbronchoscope lavage treatment based on mechanical ventilation to severe pulmonary infection patients, can effectively improve the ventilation of patients, shorten return of spontaneous ventilation time and hospital stay.
