薄荷醇在小儿无痛静脉穿刺中的应用研究

摘    要:目的探讨薄荷醇新型无痛消毒液应用于小儿静脉穿刺中的临床效果。方法选取2010年1月至2012年5月在我院儿科住院的300例患儿,随机平分为A、B、C三组,A组采用40%乙醇+2%利多卡因+2%山莨菪碱+3%薄荷醇、安尔碘对患者静脉穿刺部位进行局部消毒、麻醉.B组采用40%乙醇+2%利多卡因+2%山莨菪碱、安尔碘对患者静脉穿刺部位进行局部消毒、麻醉;C组采用40%乙醇、安尔碘直接消毒;对比分析各组患者的疼痛评分及成功穿刺率差异。结果采用薄荷醇处方的A组患者疼痛评分及成功穿刺率较其他两组优势,差异具显著性,P〈0.05。结论在利多卡因、山莨菪碱、酒精消毒的静脉穿刺模式中加入薄荷醇可以有效减轻患儿的疼痛感,提高患儿静脉穿刺的成功率,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of a new painless disinfectant menthol in venipuncture in pediatric patients. Methodm 300 pediatric patients who had been hospitalizaed during the period of January 2010 to May 2012 were randomly divided into groups A, B, and C. Group A group received local disinfection of venous puncture site with 40% ethanol, 2% lidocaine and 2% anisodamine plus 3% menthol AnEr iodine; group B received 40% ethanol and 2% lidocaine plus 2% monntainhyoscyamine AnEr iodine; and group C received direct disinfection with 40% ethanol and AnEr iodine. The differences in pain scores and rate of successful venipuncture were compared among the three groups,Results The pain scores and rate of successful venipuncture were much better in group A than in groups B and C (P〈0.05). Conclusions Additional menthol in local disinfection of venipuncture site with lidocaine, anisodamine, and alcohol can effectively reduce pain and improve the success rate of venipuncture in pediatric patients. It is worth popularizing clinically.
