妇科手术病人术中护理若干关键问题探析

目的研究分析妇科手术病人术中护理主要问题和改革后护理效果。方法选择2012年1月至2012年10月我院妇科手术患者100例为研究对象，均采用气管插管全麻，随机分为两组，对照组给予常规护理，实验组给予改革后护理，观察护理效果。结果实验组患者经改革后护理，对麻醉、手术安全感提高和对护理工作满意度增高，与对照组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；并有效预防全麻手术病人术中低体温的发生和体位摆放不当引起的并发症，确保病人的安全。结论在妇科手术中采用我院改革后的护理干预，效果较好，提高了护理质量。

Discussion on some key problems of nursing care for patients undergoing gynecological operation

Objective To study and analyze the effects of nursing care of patients undergoing gynecolog- ical operation and problems after the reform. Methods 100 cases undergoing gynecological operation admitted from January 2012 to October 2012 in our hospital were selected as the research object, adopted the endotracheal intubation general anesthesia, and were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given routine nursing, the experimental group was given improved nursing after the reform, observation of nursing effect was made. Results mong the patients in the experimental group with improved nursing, anesthesia, operation security and nursing job satisfaction all increased, compared with those of the control group （P〈0.05）; and it can effectively prevent anesthesia operation for patients with hypothermia and the occurrence of complications caused by improper posture, and ensure the safety of the patients. Conclusion Gynecological operation using the improved nursing intervention in our hospital, effect is good, and can improve the quality of nursing care
