椎体成形术（pvp、pkp）的治疗体会

目的探讨椎体成形术手术过程中的要点，寻求最佳治疗方案。方法对25例老年性骨质疏松性骨折和肿瘤导致的椎体溶骨性破坏的治疗应用了椎体成形术（PVP、PKP），通过术前术后的评分改变评价椎体成形术治疗老年性骨质疏松症等导致的椎体压缩骨折治疗效果。结果随访6月～2年，按VAS疼痛评分、椎体前缘、中部及后缘高度和cobb角的变化，优良率为94％。结论椎体成形术（PVP、PKP）治疗老年性骨质疏松性骨折和肿瘤导致的椎体溶骨性破坏具有良好的疗效，可使老年患者缓解疼痛、恢复良好的生活质量。

Experience of percutaneous vertebroplasty

Objective To explore the strategic points of percutaneous vertebroplasty and search for the best therapeutic scheme. Methods 25 patients with senile osteoporotic fractures and vertebral osteolytic destruction caused by tumors were treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty （PVP, PKP）. The treatment effect was evaluated by the changes of evaluation scores, Results After a six-month-to-2-years＇ follow-up, the good-and-excellent rate was 94% according to the changes of VAS score, vertebral front, middle and posterior height and Cobb angle. Conclusion Vertebroplasty （PVP, PKP） for patients with senile osteoporotic fractures and vertebral osteolytic destruction caused by tumors has good curative effect and can relieve patients＇ pain and restore their life quality.
