循证护理在宫颈癌化疗患者护理中的应用效果观察

目的研究宫颈癌化疗患者应用循证护理的临床效果。方法选择我院2009年5月至2012年2月收治的98例宫颈癌患者作为观察组，采用循证护理方法进行护理治疗；选择我院2007年1月至2009年2月收治的81例宫颈癌患者作为对照组，回顾性分析其临床病历资料。化疗后比较两组患者化疗完成率和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者化疗完成率为100％高于对照组的80．2％，其不良反应发生率为67．3％低于对照组的97．5％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论应用循证护理手段，明显提高了宫颈癌患者化疗效果，值得临床上的推广应用。

Observation on application effect of evidence-based nursing in cervical cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing for patients with cervical cancer undergoing chemotherapy. Methods 98 cases of patients with cervical cancer from 2009 May to 2012 February were chosen as the observation group, treated with the evidence-based nursing; and 81 cases of patients with cervical cancer from 2007 January to 2009 February were selected as the control group, and the clinical medical records were analyzed retrospectively. Then we observed the completion rate and the occurrence of adverse reactions after chemotherapy. Results The chemotherapy completion rate of observation group was 100%, higher than that in control group （80.2%）, the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 67.3%, lower than that in control group （97.5%）, there was significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Treatment with evidence-based nursing can improve the effect of chemotherapy for patients with cervical cancer, which is worth for clinical application.
