早期康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者康复的影响

目的探讨早期康复护理措施对于患者肌力、肢体运动功能及生活质量的影响。方法将本院收治的78例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为早期康复组与基础护理组，两组患者均给予基础神经内科治疗及护理，早期康复组在此基础上给予早期康复护理措施。采用简式Fud—Meyer评分（FM评分）评价患者肢体运动功能，采用Barthel指数（BI）评价患者生活质量。比较两组患者康复6个月的肌力、肢体运动功能及生活质量评分。结果早期康复组康复后的肌力等级、FM评分、BI评分显著高于基础护理组（P〈O．05）。结论早期康复护理措施能够帮助患者恢复肌力，锻炼患者肢体功能，从而提高患者的生活质量，值得临床推广应用。

Effect of early rehabilitation nursing on rehabilitation of stroke patients with hemiplegia

Objective To investigate the impact of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on muscle strength, limb motor function and quality of life for patients with hemiplegia. Methods 78 stroke patients with hemiplegia in our hospital were randomly divided into early rehabilitation group （ER group） and conventional nursing group （CN group）. Both groups received basic treatment and care; while ER group received early rehabilitation care in additon. Muscle strength, limb motor function and quality of life were compared after treatment. Simple Fugl-Meyer score （FM score） was used to assess limb motor function and so was the Barthel index （BI） to assess quality of life. Results Level of muscle strength, FM score, and BI score were significantly higher in ER group than in CN group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Early rehabilitation nursing intervention can help patients regain muscle strength and exercise limb function, thus improving quality of life. It is worth popularizing clinically.
