手术患者围手术期护理的需求调查

目的探讨手术患者围手术期对护理工作的需求情况。方法采用自制“手术患者围手术期需求调查表”调查2012年4月至2012年10月于我院各科行外科手术治疗的患者的护理需求。结果患者最想了解的健康教育内容为发病原因，其次依次为饮食注意事项、用药知识、治疗方法、护理知识、并发症的防治、体位休息指导；在疾病相关内容方面，患者最想了解的内容依次为术后疼痛问题、术后恢复情况、手术时间及过程、手术费用。个别交谈是患者所最为接受的健康教育方式，占63．28％；绝大多数病人认为有必要进行出院随访及对其家属进行宣教。结论及时了解手术患者围手术期各方面的需求，可以降低患者术后住院日、尽量减少药源性疾病、提高临床疗效、提升病人满意度，使患者最大限度的获益。

Investigation on perioperative nursing demand of patients with surgery

Objective To investigate the needs of nursing care in surgical patients during perioperative period. Methods The self-made questionnaire of Questionnaire of The Needs of Patients During Perioperative Period in our hospital was applied on the subjects undergoing surgical operation. Results What the patients wanted to know the best were causes of disease, diet, medication knowledge, treatment, nursing knowledge, prevention of complications, and postural rest guidance. As for contents related with disease, patients wanted to know the postoperative pain, postoperative recovery, operation time and process, and operation cost in turn. In- terview was the most accepted style in patients, it accounted for 63.28%; the majority of patients perceived a need for follow-up. Conclusion To understand all kinds of demand of perioperative patients can reduce the hospital stay, minimize the medicine source disease, improve the clinical efficacy, enhance patients＇ satisfaction, and let the patients obtain maximum benefits.
