甲氯芬酯对急性缺血性脑卒中患者血C反应蛋白的影响

摘    要:目的 评价甲氯芬酯对急性缺血性脑卒中患者血C反应蛋白(CRP)浓度的影响.方法 60例急性缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例.治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用甲氯芬酯针剂一日1次300mg静脉滴注,对照组予常规治疗,疗程均为14天.治疗前及治疗后第7、14天分别测定患者的血CRP浓度并进行美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NlHSS)和日常生活活动(ADL)评分.结果 治疗14天后,与对照组相比,治疗组血CRP浓度及NlHSS评分均明显降低,ADL评分明显升高,两组相比差异显著.结论 甲氯芬酯能使急性缺血性脑卒中患者升高的血CRP浓度降低,提示甲氯芬酯对急性缺血性脑卒中患者的治疗作用可能部分与其缓解局部炎症反应有关.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of meclofenoxate hydrochloride on blood C-reactive protein (CRP) concentration in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group(n=30) and the control group(n=30). The treatment group was administered with meclofenoxate hydrochloride 300mg intravenously once daily based on routine therapy, whereas the control group was administered with routine therapy only. Blood CRP concentrations were measured and NIH Stroke Scales(NIHSSs) as well as activities of daily living(ADL) scales were evaluated before and after treatment. Result After 14-day treatment, blood CRP concentrations and NIHSSs in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01) and ADL scales were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion Meclofenoxate hydrochloride can lower the elevated blood CRP concentration in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
