| 摘 要： | 目的研究胃癌(gastric carcinoma,GC)组织中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)的表达规律。方法用免疫组织化学染色(SP法)检测慢性浅表性胃炎(chronic superficial gastritis,CSG)、胃黏膜肠上皮化生(intestinal metaplasia,IM)、异型增生(dysplasia,Dys)和胃癌组织标本中bFGF阳性表达情况。结果在CSG→IM→Dys→GC的过程中,bFGF的表达呈逐步递增趋势,bFGF的阳性表达率GC组与Dys、IM组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),胃癌组bFGF阳性表达率均高于相应癌旁组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌形成过程中,bFGF表达逐渐上调。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF).Method Expression of bFGF were dectected by immunohistochemistry(S-P method).Result Expression of bFGF showed a gradually increasing tendency from CSG,IM,Dys to GC.There was a significant difference between GC and IM,Dys.Conclusion Expression of bFGF show a gradually increasing tendency in gastric carcinogensis. |
