乳腺导管内癌的超声表现与病理对照研究

目的探讨超声检查对乳腺导管内癌的诊断价值。方法对38例乳腺导管内癌患者进行常规二维高频超声及彩色多普勒超声检查,观察其二维声像图特征及血流特点,并经手术后病理证实,将超声检查结果与病理结果对照分析。结果乳腺导管内癌超声图像包括三个类型(1)实性肿块型;(2)囊实混合性回声型;(3)导管扩张型。结论常规二维高频超声及彩色多普勒超声检查对乳腺导管内癌的检出有重要的诊断价值,但由于缺乏特异性,需联合其他影像检查方法。

Study on Ultrasonic Manifestation and Pathological Result in Breast Ductal Carcinoma in Situ

Objective To study the diagnosis of the breast ductal carcinoma in situ by ultrasonography.Methods 38 patients with ductal carcinoma in situ were examined by conventional two-dimensional high-frequency ultrasongraphy and color Doppler ultrasongraphy to observe the characteristics of the imaging and blood flow.The results of the ultrasonography were confirmed and analyzed with pathological result.Results Breast ductal carcinoma in situ ultrasound image consists of three types（1） solid mass,（2） mixed cystic and solid echo,（3） the ducts dilated.Conclusion Conventional two-dimensional high frequency ultrasonography and color Doppler ultrasonography have diagnostic value in detection of ductal carcinoma in situ,however,other imaging methods are required because of the lack of specificity.
