中心静脉导管作胸腔闭式引流并腔内注药联合高频热疗治疗恶性胸腔积液的护理

目的：探讨胸腔置管引流并腔内注药联合高频热疗治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床护理。方法：采用中心静脉导管作胸腔引流,腔内注入联合胸部热疗,每周2次,4次为1个疗程。治疗前后给予相应的护理。结果：所有病例都能耐受治疗,均能完成2～4个疗程,热疗中仅1例患者出现皮肤烫伤。结论：中心静脉导管置管作胸腔引流,操作安全,创伤小,便于彻底引流,腔内注药联合高频热疗,促进了药物吸收,控制胸水的生长,病人的生存质量得到提高。而高质量的护理治疗是成功的重要保证。

Nursing on the Combination of Closed Thoracic Drainage and Intrathoracic Drug Administration with Central Venous Catheter and High--frequency Hyperthermia for the Treatment of Malignant Pleural Effusion

Objective： To discuss the nursing on the combination of closed thoracic drainage and intrathoracic drug administration with central venous catheter and high--frequency hyperthermia for the treatment of malignant pleural effusion. Method： Patients were treated with closed thoracic drainage and intrathoracic drug administration by central venous catheter combined with high-- frequency hyperthermia for two times per week, 4 times was a period course. Relevant nursing was given before and after treatment. Result： All the patients were well tolerant, except one case experienced with skin burn. Conclusion： Central venous catheter for closed thoracic drainage is safe with little wound, which is convenience for drainage thoroughly. The combination of intrathoracic drug administration and high--frequency hyperthermia can facilitate drug absorption, control the development of pleural effusion and improve patients＇ living quality. High quality nursing is important to the success of treatment.
