| 摘 要： | 目的 观察自体表皮移植术加UV－N光疗治疗白癜风的疗效。方法 设立治疗组（自体表皮移植术加UV－N光疗组）和对照组（不加UV－N光疗组），进行临床疗效对比观察，结果 治疗组74例（移植皮片1184片）痊愈率76．6％，总有效率96．8％；对照组59例（移植皮片926片）痊愈率44．3％，总有效率75．7％。经统计学处理两组比较有显著性差异。结论 白癜风患者行自体表皮移植术后加UV－N光疗可提高疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effects of autologous epidermal grafting in combination with UV N light for treatment of vitiligo.Results In 74 cases of treating group(1184white patches) the curative rate was 76.6% and the total effective rate was 96.8%;In 59 cases of control group the curative rate was 44.3% and the total effective rate was 75.7%.A significant difference was present statisticlly between two groups.(P<0.01).Conclusions The method of autologous epidermal grafting in combination with UV N light for treatment of vitiligo is more effective than the method that no NV N light. |
