摘    要:随机将60例股骨颈骨折患者分为观察组与对照组,对照组接受临床常规治疗与护理,观察组除接受监床常规治疗与护理外,还接受研究者的院内教育,教育策略包括个体化指导、知识手册、演示与反演示,教育家庭重要成这用股骨颈骨折行为评定表,对两组患者的行为进行了评定。结果表明一观察组的行为发性了

Abstract:Sixty patients with femoralneck fracture (FNF) were randomly divided into two groups control group, receivingclinical routine treatment and nursing; experimental group, receiving treating teachingbesides clinical routine treatment and nursing. The teaching measures included individualintroduction, booklet, demonstration and guide to family important members. The behaviorof the patients in the two group were assessed by using FNF behavioral questionnaire. Theresults showed that the behavior of the patients in the experimental group had a positivechange with a higher sitting-up rate, a higher correct rate of functional exercise andwalking stick use, milder quadriceps atrophy, a bigger range of hip movement and betterdaily living activity. There was a significant difference between the two groups. It wasindicated that patient education is an effective measure to change the patients' behaviorand promote the functional recovery of the patients with FNF.
