冠心病猝死鉴定中VEGF的免疫组化染色观察

目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(Vascular EndothelialGrowth Factor,VEGF)在人体冠心病猝死(sudden coronarydeath,SCD)尸检心肌组织中的表达及其意义,从而提高SCD法医学鉴定的可靠性和准确性。方法:运用改良的免疫组织化学方法观察20例冠心病猝死组和20例非冠心病猝死对照组尸检心肌组织中VEGF的表达情况。结果:20例SCD组中有3例VEGF染色为阴性,另17例心肌梗死局部均有VEGF阳性表达,而20例非冠心病猝死组仅4例局部散在VEGF弱阳性表达,其余16例均为阴性表达。SCD组VEGF阳性表达率明显高于对照组。结论:VEGF的表达可作为法医病理学诊断SCD较为客观的病理形态学指标之一。

Immunohistochemical study of vascular endothelial growth factor for the diagnosis in sudden coronary death

Objective:To investigate the manifestation and its significance of VEGF in autopsy myocardium of SCD for boosting the accuracy and reliability in forensic medicine practice.Methods:With introduction of improved immunohistochemical technique,the manifestation of VEGF in autopsy myocardium from 20 SCD cases was studied and compared with the control group of non-SCD cases.Results:Among SCD group,VEGF showed positive expression in 17 cases in local infarcted myocardium and negative expression in 3 cases,while only 4 of the 20 in control group had mild positive expression sparsely in local myocardium,the rest 16 cases were negative.The rate of positive expression of VEGF in SCD group was obviously higher than that in control group.Conclusion:The results suggest that the expression of VEGF in immunohistochemical staining can provide an objective morphologic evidence for the diagnosis of SCD in forensic pathology.
