| 摘 要： | 根据卫气与阳气同质的传统观点,本工作采用甲低阳虚兔作为卫气虚证模型,观察了玉屏风散对此模型体温变化的调节作用.实验表明玉屏风散煎剂能改善甲低兔的畏寒证候及核温、壳温下降的病理变化,从而维持体温的稳态.作者认为,卫气温煦机能及补益卫气方药的作用与机体体温调节有关;玉屏风散对卫阳不足病体确实具有温煦作用.

| Abstract: | With the subtotally thyroidectomized rabbits as the wei-qi deficiency model. the regulative effect of Jade Screen Powder(JSP) on body temperature was observed. It. was shown that JSP alleviated the severity of chilliness and the decrease of body temperature and superficial temperature so as to maintain the homeostasis of body temperature. The author believes that wei-qi's warming effect on the body and drugs for invigorating wei-qi have a connection with the regulation of body temperature. JSP really possesses the warming effect for the organism with deficiency of wei-qi. |
