乳腺微创旋切手术治疗乳腺多发性肿块的效果观察

目的观察乳腺微创旋切手术治疗乳腺多发性肿块的效果。方法 600例乳腺多发性肿块患者,根据手术方法不同分为传统组和微创组,每组300例。传统组采取传统手术进行治疗,微创组采取乳腺微创旋切手术进行治疗。比较两组患者手术相关指标(手术切口长度、术中出血量、手术时间)、术后恢复情况术后24、48、72 h视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、切口愈合时间]。结果微创组患者的手术切口长度(3.45±0.31)mm、手术时间(23.03±2.54)min均明显短于传统组的(22.93±2.17)mm、(36.96±3.58)min,术中出血量(8.25±1.11)ml明显少于传统组的(15.97±1.61)ml,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。微创组患者术后24、48、72 h的VAS评分均低于传统组,切口愈合时间明显短于传统组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺微创旋切手术治疗乳腺多发肿块,相对于传统手术手术切口小、术中出血少、手术时间短、切口愈合快,术后疼痛轻,效果理想。

Observation on the effect of breast minimally invasive rotary surgery in the treatment of multiple breast masses

Objective To observe the effect of breast minimally invasive rotary surgery in the treatment of multiple breast masses. Methods A total of 600 patients with multiple breast masses were divided into traditional group and minimally invasive group, with 300 cases in each group. The traditional group was treated by traditional surgery, and the minimally invasive group was treated by breast minimally invasive rotary surgery. The surgical related indicators(surgical incision length, amount of intraoperative hemorrhage, operation time), and postoperative recovery visual analogue scale(VAS) score 24, 48, 72 h after operation, incision healing time] were compared between the two groups. Results The surgical incision length and operation time of the minimally invasive group were(3.45±0.31) mm and(23.03±2.54) min, which were obviously shorter than those of the traditional group(22.93±2.17) mm and(36.96±3.58) min, and amount of intraoperative hemorrhage(8.25± 1.11) ml was obviously less than that of the traditional group(15.97±1.61) ml. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). 24, 48, 72 h after operation, VAS score of the minimally invasive group was lower than those of the traditional group, and incision healing time was obviously shorter than that of the traditional group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with traditional surgery, breast minimally invasive rotary surgery has smaller incision, less amount of intraoperative hemorrhage, shorter operation time, faster wound healing, less pain and satisfactory effect in the treatment of multiple breast masses.
