润降利膈丸联合莫沙必利治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫(胃阴不足型)的疗效及对胃肠激素、氧化应激反应的影响

目的:探讨润降利膈丸联合莫沙必利治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫(diabetic gastroparesis,DGP)(胃阴不足型)的疗效及对胃肠激素、氧化应激反应的影响,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:将2018年1月至2019年10月石家庄市中医院内分泌科收治的DGP(胃阴不足型)患者117例纳入研究,采用随机数字表法分为研究组(63例)和对照组(54例)。两组患者均进行常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组患者给予莫沙必利,研究组患者给予润降利膈丸联合莫沙必利,总疗程为2周。比较两组患者治疗前后胃肠激素胃动素(MOT)、胃泌素(GAS)]、氧化应激指标超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、活性氧(ROS)及丙二醛(MDA)]水平及胃排空情况的差异,观察两组患者临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及复发情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者MOT、GAS、SOD水平及胃排空率明显高于治疗前,ROS、MDA水平明显低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者MOT、GAS、SOD水平及胃排空率明显高于对照组,ROS、MDA水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的总有效率为92.06%(58/63),明显高于对照组的74.07%(40/54),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,研究组患者未出现明显不良反应,对照组2例患者出现丙氨酸氨基转移酶水平升高;研究组患者无复发,对照组8例患者复发(复发率为14.81%)。结论:润降利膈丸联合莫沙必利治疗DGP(胃阴不足型)的疗效良好且安全性高,可有效促进胃动力并减轻患者体内氧化应激反应。

Efficacy of Runjiang Lige Pills Combined with Mosapride in the Treatment of Diabetic Gastroparesis(Insufficiency of Stomach Yin)and its Effects on Gastrointestinal Hormones and Oxidative Stress Reaction

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy of Runjiang Lige pills combined with mosapride in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis(DGP)(insufficiency of stomach yin)and its effects on gastrointestinal hormones and oxidative stress reaction,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.METHODS:Totally 117 patients with DGP(insufficiency of stomach yin)admitted into endocrinology department of Shijiazhuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from Jan.2018 to Oct.2019 were extracted to be divided into the study group(n=63)and the control group(n=54)via the random number table.Patients in both groups received routine treatment.On this basis,the control group was given mosapride,while the study group was treated with Runjiang Lige pills combined with mosapride.The total course of treatment was 2 weeks.Differences of gastrointestinal hormonesmotrin(MOT),gastrin(GAS)],oxidative stress indicatorssuperoxide dismutase(SOD),reactive oxygen species(ROS)and malondialdehyde(MDA)]levels and gastric emptying rate of two groups were observed before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse dug reactions and recurrence of two groups were observed.RESULTS:After treatment,the levels of MOT,GAS,SOD and gastric emptying rate in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the levels of ROS and MDA were significantly lower than those before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MOT,GAS,SOD and gastric emptying rate in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the levels of ROS and MDA were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was 92.06%(58/63),significantly higher than 74.07%(40/54)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment process,no significant adverse drug reactions were observed in the study group,while the levels of alanine aminotransferase increased in 2 patients in the control group.There was no recurrence in the study group,while in the control group,there were 8 cases of compound(recurrence rate was 14.81%).CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of Runjiang Lige pills combined with mosapride in the treatment of DGP(insufficiency of stomach yin)is significant with higher safety,which can effectively promote the gastric motility and reduce oxidative stress reaction in vivo.
