6种中药饮片微生物检测状况分析

目的分析6种中药饮片的微生物检测情况,为合理制订中药饮片微生物限度提供参考。方法按2015年版《中国药典(四部)》微生物限度检查法,测定6种中药饮片中需氧菌总数(TAMC)、霉菌和酵母菌总数(TYMC)、耐热菌数、耐胆盐革兰阴性菌、沙门菌,并采用全自动微生物鉴定及药敏分析系统对分离到的菌株进行鉴定。结果6种中药饮片中需氧菌、霉菌和酵母菌、耐热菌、耐胆盐革兰阴性菌检出率均为100.00%,均未检出沙门菌,检出玫瑰色库克菌、缓慢葡萄球菌、少动鞘氨醇单胞菌、浅绿气球菌等。结论中药饮片种类繁多,应根据不同炮制工艺及给药途径分类建立微生物限度标准。

Analysis of Microbiological Test Results of 6 Kinds of Chinese Herbal Pieces

Objective To analyze the microbiological test results of 6 kinds of Chinese herbal pieces and provide reference for the microbial limit standard.Methods According to Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition),the total number of aerobic bacteria(TAMC),total mold and yeast(TYMC),heat-resistant bacteria count,bile-tolerant Gram-negative bacteria and Salmonella were determined,and the isolated strains were identified by automated microbial identification and drug susceptibility analysis system.Results The detection rates of aerobic bacteria,mold and yeast,heat-resistant bacteria and bile-tolerant Gram-negative bacteria in 6 kinds of Chinese herbal pieces were 100.00%and salmonella was not detected.In addition,rose Cochlear,Staphylococcus aureus,sphingomonas and light green balloon were detected.Conclusion There are many kinds of Chinese herbal pieces,and microbial limit standards should be established according to different processing methods and administration routes.
