陕产不同产地朱砂七外源性有害物质分析

摘    要:目的:以陕西4产地8批朱砂七药材为研究对象,以重金属及有害元素和有机氯农药残留量为评价指标,评价朱砂七外源性污染物情况。方法:采用《中国药典》2020版方法,分别测定朱砂七中5种重金属及有害元素含量和9种有机氯类农药残留量; 分别以重金属总量和农药残留总量为指标,采用平方 Euclidean distance系数,运用SPSS 17.0软件进行聚类分析。结果:参考《中国药典》评价标准,8批朱砂七的重金属及有害元素含量和有机氯农药残留量均符合规定,4产地外源性污染物含量比较,差异无统计学意义。 结论:陕产朱砂七外源性污染物含量均在限量范围内,且太白、周至、岐山、户县等沿线地区土壤、环境比较,差异无统计学意义,可保障临床用药安全; 为陕产其他药材的外源性污染物研究提供科学思路; 为树立秦药品牌奠定基础。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the exogenous pollutants of Zhushaqi in Shaanxi province,with heavy metals,harmful elements and organochlorine pesticide residues as evaluation indexes.Methods:The contents of 5 heavy metals and harmful elements and 9 organochlorine pesticide residues in Zhushaqi were determined with the method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 edition.The total amount of heavy metals and pesticide residues were used as indexes,and the squared euclidean distance coefficient was used to cluster analysis by SPSS 17.0 software.Results:According to the evaluation standard of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the contents of heavy metals,harmful elements and organochlorine pesticide residues of eight batches of Zhushaqi were in accordance with the regulations,and there were no significant difference in the contents of exogenous pollutants among the four regions.Conclusion:The content of exogenous pollutants in Zhushaqi from Shaanxi province are within the limit,and there are no significant difference in soil and environment of Taibai,Zhouzhi,Qishan,Huxian and other areas along the line,which can ensure the safety of clinical medication and provide scientific ideas for the study of exogenous pollutants in other medicinal materials from Shaanxi province and can lay the foundation for establishing the brand of Qin-Yao.
