复方盐酸丁卡因胶浆的制备及处方优化

摘    要:目的制备复方盐酸丁卡因胶浆,并优化其处方。方法以消泡速率为考察指标,在单因素考察基础上,采用正交试验优化复方盐酸丁卡因胶浆制备工艺。结果最优处方为每1 mL胶浆剂含聚山梨酯8015 mg、二甲基硅油15 mg、羧甲基纤维素钠5 mg。结论优选的处方工艺设计合理、稳定可行,采用最优处方制备的复方盐酸丁卡因胶浆剂的消泡速率显著优于原处方。

Abstract:Objective To prepare compound tetracaine hydrochloride mucilage and to optimize its formulation.Methods Taken the speed of defoaming as index and based on the single factor test,orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the preparation process of compound tetracaine hydrochloride mucilage.Results The optimal formulation was 15 mg Tween-80,15 mg dimethicone and 5 mg sodium carboxymethyl cellulose per mL of the mucilage.Conclusions The optimized formulation process is reasonable,stable and feasible.The speed of defoaming of compound tetracaine hydrochloride mucilage prepared by the optimized formulation is significantly better from that of the original formulation.
