归经当归拈痛汤联合西药治疗风湿性关节炎疗效及对患者类风湿因子的影响

目的:探讨归经当归拈痛汤联合西药在风湿热痹证风湿性关节炎中的临床效果及对患者类风湿因子的影响。方法:将风湿热痹证风湿性关节炎患者84例随机分为两组各42例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组联合归经当归拈痛汤治疗,均连续治疗8周。比较两组临床疗效、症状评分、类风湿因子、骨代谢水平。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05); 观察组治疗后关节疼痛、关节肿胀、关节压痛、关节灼热、晨僵评分低于对照组(P<0.05),且RF、ESR及GR均低于对照组(P<0.05),25(OH)D、N-MID、T-PINP水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),β-CTX水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:归经当归拈痛汤联合西药用于风湿热痹证风湿性关节炎中能降低症状评分,可获得较高的近期疗效,同时能降低类风湿因子水平,改善骨代谢水平。

Guijing Danggui Niantong decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and its influence on rheumatoid factors

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of Guijing Danggui Niantong decoction combined with western medicine in rheumatoid arthritis and its influence on rheumatoid factors.Methods:84 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients with rheumatoid arthritis syndrome were divided into two groups with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Guijing Danggui Niantong decoction for 8 consecutive weeks.The clinical efficacy,symptom score,rheumatoid factor,bone metabolism level.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of joint pain,joint swelling,joint tenderness,joint burning,and morning stiffness after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).ESR and GR were lower than the control group(P<0.05),25(OH)D,N-MID,and T-PINP levels were higher than the control group(P<0.05),and β-CTX levels were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Guijing Danggui Niantong decoction combined with western medicine for rheumatoid arthritis with rheumatism-heat arthritis can reduce the symptom score and obtain a higher short-term curative effect.At the same time,it can reduce the level of rheumatoid factors,improve the level of bone metabolism,and enhance the joints of patients function,does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
