我国患者出院准备度的文献计量学分析

目的：系统分析国内患者出院准备度的研究现状，为该领域研究提供参考。方法：采用文献计量学分析法对建库至2020年5月21日收录于中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、万方数据知识服务平台中的相关文献进行分析。结果：共纳入期刊文献177篇，来自国内28个省、直辖市及自治区，期刊的合著率为90.40%；整体发文量呈逐渐上升趋势，2016年后呈明显上升趋势；发文最多的单位是四川大学华西医院，发文最多的省份是四川省；期刊论文基金资助率为41.81%。结论：近年来，国内关于患者出院准备度的文献呈上升趋势，且多以区域性文章为主。现状调查、量性研究居多、干预性研究与质性研究尚少见。未来护理工作者可以尝试涉及干预性研究和质性研究领域，以提升研究质量和研究的丰富度，促进患者出院准备度的提升。

Bibliometrics analysis of discharge readiness for Chinese patients

Objective: To systematically analyze the current research status of domestic patients’ discharge readiness, and to provide a reference for research in this field. Methods: The bibliometrics analysis method was used to analyze the relevant documents included in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform from the establishment of the database to May 21, 2020. Results: A total of 177 journal articles were included from 28 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in my country.The co-authoring rate of journals was 90.40%. The overall publication volume showed a gradual upward trend, and showed an obvious upward trend after 2016. The unit that published the most articles was West China Hospital of Sichuan university, the province with the most publications is Sichuan province. The funding rate for journal articles was 41.81%. Conclusion: In recent years, the literature on patients’ readiness for discharge from hospital had been on the rise, and most of them were based on regional articles and quantitative research, interventional studies and qualitative research were still rare. Therefore, nursing workers can try to involve interventional research and qualitative research to improve the quality and richness of research, and promote patients’ readiness for discharge in the future.
