经腹超声和经阴道超声诊断子宫内膜息肉的价值分析

目的:探讨经腹超声(TACDS)和经阴道超声(TVCDS)诊断子宫内膜息肉(EP)的临床价值。方法:选择2018年4月—2020年1月120例拟诊断为E P患者,均行TACDS和TVCDS检查,EP诊断以病理检查为诊断标准。比较TACDS、TVCDS以及TACDS+TVCDS诊断EP的符合率、特异度和灵敏度。结果:120例疑似EP患者中,经病理诊断,EP为106例,其他子宫内膜病变14例。TVCDS和TACDS+TVCDS诊断符合率分别为93.08%和96.15%,均高于TACDS诊断符合率(84.62%)(P<0.05)。TACDS、TVCDS、TACDS+TVCDS诊断EP特异度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。TVCDS和TACDS+TVCDS诊断EP灵敏度分别为93.40%和97.17%,均高于TACDS诊断EP的灵敏度(84.91%)(P<0.05)。结论:TVCDS是诊断EP的重要的无创检查方法,具有较高灵敏度,可联合TACDS为EP早期诊断提供有价值的参考。

Value analysis of transabdominal color doppler ultrasoun and transvagina color doppler uhrasonography in diagnosis of endometrial polyps

Objective To investigate the clinical value of transabdominal color doppler ultrasoun(TACDS)and transvagina color doppler uhrasonography(TVCDS)in diagnosis of endometrial polyps(EP).Methods 120 patients with suspected EP,selected from April 2018 to January 2020,were performed for TACDS and TVCDS.pathological examination was diagnostic standard for EP.The diagnostic coincidence,specificity and sensitivity of TACDS,TVCDS and TACDS+TVCDS in diagnosis of EP were compared.Results 106 patients of 120 patients with suspected EP,were diagnosed as EP according to pathological results,and 14 cases were other endometrial lesions.The diagnostic coincidence of TVCDS and TACDS+TVCDS were 93.08%and 96.15%respectively,which were higher than that of TACDS(84.62%)(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in specificity in TACDS,TVCDS and TACDS+TVCDS in diagnosis of EP(P>0.05).The sensitivity of TVCDS and TACDS+TVCDS were 93.40%and 97.17%respectively,which were higher than that of TACDS(84.91%)(P<0.05).Conclusion TVCDS was an important noninvasive method for diagnosis of EP,which had higher sensitivity.TVCDS could provide valuable reference for early diagnosis of EP in combination with TACDS.
