补肾活血除湿法治疗早发性卵巢功能不全不孕症临床研究

目的:探究补肾活血除湿法治疗早发性卵巢功能不全不孕症的临床疗效。方法:选取80例早发性卵巢功能不全不孕症患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组。对照组采取激素替代治疗,观察组采取补肾活血除湿法治疗,治疗6个疗程。比较临床疗效、妊娠率、不良反应及促卵泡激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E₂)水平。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,观察组妊娠率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后,两组FSH水平降低,E₂水平升高,且观察组FSH、E₂改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾活血除湿法治疗早发性卵巢功能不全不孕症能显著提高临床疗效、妊娠率,还可调节性激素水平,且不良反应少。

Clinical observation on the treatment of early-onset ovarian insufficiency infertility with Bushen Huoxue Chushi method

Objective:To explore clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue Chushi method in the treatment of early-onset ovarian insufficiency infertility.Methods:80 patients with infertility caused by early-onset ovarian insufficiency selected and were randomly divided into observation group and control group.During 6 sessions,the control group was treated with hormone replacement therapy,and the observation group treated with Bushen Huoxue Chushi method.Clinical efficacy,pregnancy rate,incidence of adverse reactions,levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E₂)were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the pregnancy rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the level of FSH in the two groups were significantly reduced,the level of E₂ increased.The improvement of FSH and E₂ in the observation group were better than those in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue Chushi method can significantly improve clinical efficacy and pregnancy rate in the treatment of early-onset ovarian insufficiency infertility.It can also adjust the level of sex hormone,and have few adverse reactions.
