调肺汤合解郁攻坚汤治疗肺小结节合并抑郁障碍临床研究

目的:分析调肺汤合解郁攻坚汤治疗肺小结节合并抑郁障碍的临床疗效。方法:随机抽取80例肺小结节合并抑郁障碍患者,依据随机数字表法分为两组,对照组40例予以盐酸氟西汀治疗,观察组40例予以调肺汤合解郁攻坚汤治疗,疗程结束后对比两组中医疗效、生存质量、肺功能水平、情绪状态及预后水平。结果:观察组治疗后中医疗效为95.00%,比对照组的77.50%高(P<0.05); 观察组的生存质量有效率为97.50%,比对照组的80.00%高(P<0.05); 观察组治疗后的第1秒用力呼吸容积(FEV₁)及其FEV₁/用力肺活量(FVC)均高于治疗前,且高于对照组(P<0.05); 观察组治疗后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于治疗前,且低于对照组(P<0.05); 观察组治疗后日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分及功能独立性测量量表(FIM)评分均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:中药调肺汤合解郁攻坚汤治疗肺小结节合并抑郁障碍的临床疗效显著,有助于提高患者生存质量,并且促进其肺功能水平、情绪状态及预后水平改善。

Observation on the clinical efficacy of Tiaofei decoction and Jieyu Gongjian decoction in treating pulmonary nodules with depression

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Tiaofei decoction and Jieyu Gongjian decoction in the treatment of small pulmonary nodules with depression.Methods:80 cases of small pulmonary nodules and depressive disorder patients were selected,randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.40 cases in the control group were treated with fluoxetine hydrochloride,and 40 cases in the observation group were treated with Tiaofei decoction and Jieyu Gongjian decoction,the efficacy,quality of life,lung function,emotional state and prognosis of the two groups were compared after the course of treatment.Results:In the observation group,the effect of traditional Chinese medicine after treatment was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50% in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the effective rate of quality of life after treatment was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the FEV₁ and FEV₁/FVC after treatment were higher than before treatment,and higher than the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the SAS score and SDS score after treatment were lower than before treatment,and lower than the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the ADL score and FIM score after treatment were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tiaofei decoction and Jieyu Gongjian decoction have significant clinical effects in the treatment of pulmonary nodules with depression,which can help to improve the quality of life of patients,as well as promote the improvement of their lung function level,emotional state and prognosis.
