糠酸莫米松乳膏辅以苦参止痒汤治疗外阴硬化性苔藓临床研究

目的:探讨糠酸莫米松乳膏辅以苦参止痒汤治疗外阴硬化性苔藓的临床疗效。方法:将64例经病理组织学诊断为外阴硬化性苔藓的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例,治疗组采用苦参止痒汤熏洗联合糠酸莫米松乳膏外用治疗,1次/d,共4周,然后隔日1次,持续4周,最后每周2次,持续4周,共3个月为1个疗程,对照组单用糠酸莫米松乳膏外用治疗,共3个月为1个疗程,观察两组治疗前后外阴瘙痒、外阴皮肤病变范围、外阴皮肤颜色、弹性及生活质量的变化情况,并停药3个月后比较两组疾病的复发率。结果:治疗3个月后,两组外阴瘙痒评分、外阴皮肤病变范围评分、外阴皮肤颜色、弹性评分均降低,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 两组生活质量评分均升高,但治疗组高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 在临床疗效方面比较,两组疗效相当,治疗组治愈率为93.75%,对照组治愈率为87.50%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 停药3个月,治疗组复发率12.50%,对照组复发率为37.50%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 不良反应比较,治疗组发生率为3%,对照组发生率为9%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糠酸莫米松乳膏辅以苦参止痒汤治疗外阴硬化性苔藓疗效好,安全、复发率低。

Clinical study of mometasone furoate cream supplemented combined with Kushen Zhiyang decoction in the treatment of vulvar lichen sclerosus

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of mometasone furoate cream supplemented with Kushen Zhiyang decoction in the treatment of vulvar lichen sclerosus.Methods:64 patients with vulvar lichen sclerosus diagnosed by histopathology were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,each with 32 cases.The treatment group was treated with Kushen Zhiyang decoction fumigation combined with mometasone furoate cream for topical treatment,and finally 2 times a week,lasting 4 weeks,a total of 3 months as a course of treatment.The control group was treated with mometasone furoate cream alone,a total of 3 months as a course of treatment.Observe the two groups before and after treatment,the extent of vulvar skin lesions,the color and elasticity of vulva skin and the changes in the quality of life,and compare the recurrence rates of the two groups of diseases three months after stopping the drug.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the vulvar pruritus score,vulvar skin lesion score,vulvar skin color,and elastic score decreased in the two groups,and there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05); the quality of life scores of the two groups increased high,but the treatment group is higher than the control group.The difference between the groups is statistically significant(P<0.05); in terms of clinical efficacy,the two groups have the same efficacy.The cure rate of the treatment group is 93.75%,and the cure rate of the control group is 87.50%,the difference between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05); after stopping the drug for 3 months,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 12.50%,and the recurrence rate of the control group was 37.50%.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of adverse reactions,the incidence of treatment group was 3%,the incidence of control group was 9%,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mometasone furoate cream supplemented with Kushen Zhiyang decoction has good curative effect,safety and low recurrence rate in the treatment of vulvar lichen sclerosus.
