肾病综合征患者出院准备度现状及影响因素分析

目的：调查肾病综合征患者的出院准备度情况，并分析其相关的影响因素。 方法： 采用一般资料调查表、出院准备度量表和出院指导质量量表对250例肾病综合征患者进行横断面调查。 结果：共回收有效问卷226份，出院准备度总得分为（156.83±23.82）分，项目均分为（7.13±1.08）分。多元线性回归分析显示，患者的个人月收入、居住方式、服药种类、有无合并其他慢性疾病以及出院指导质量总分进入回归方程，解释了回归方程总变异的43.8%。 结论：肾病综合征患者的出院准备度普遍不足，应引起医务人员的重视。同时，针对独居、个人月收入偏低、合并有其他慢性疾病、服药种类偏多的患者、出院指导质量偏低的患者，医务人员应采取有针对性的干预措施来积极应对，以提高其出院准备度。

Study on the status and influencing factors of discharge readiness of patients with nephrotic syndrome

Objective: To study the discharge readiness of patients with nephrotic syndrome and analyze the related factors. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted in 250 hospitalized patients with nephrotic syndromeby using general information questionnaire, discharge preparation scale and discharge guidance quality scale. Results: A total of 226 valid questionnaires were collected, and the discharge readiness score was 156.83±23.82, and the items score was 7.13±1.08.Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that monthly income, living style, types of medication, combined with other chronic diseases and quality of discharge guidance entered the regression equation. This study explained 43.8% of the total variation of regression equation. Conclusion: The discharge readiness of patients with nephrotic syndrome was generally inadequate, which should arouse the attention of medical staff. For the patients with living alone, low monthly income, combined with other chronic diseases, drug combination, medical staff should take targeted intervention measures to actively respond to improve their readiness for discharge.
