Study of ulcerative colitis with spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome treated by warm acupuncture combined with Bukou Buxu recipe

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of warm acupuncture combined with Bukou Buxu recipe on ulcerative colitis with spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome.Methods:102 patients with ulcerative colitis of spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome were selected and randomly divided into two groups.50 patients in the control group were treated with warm acupuncture,and 52 patients in the study group were treated with Bukou Buxu recipe on the basis of the control group.Results:Before treatment,there was no difference in geboes index,symptom score and TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 month and 2 months of treatment,the study group was less than the control group(P<0.05).Tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)in two groups after treatment、The average water level of IL-10 and IL-6 decreased,and the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warming acupuncture combined with Bukou Buxu recipe has significant effect in the treatment of ulcerative colitis with spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome,and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms.
