益气宣肺汤联合穴位贴敷治疗老年慢性支气管炎急性发作临床研究

目的:观察益气宣肺汤联合穴位贴敷治疗老年慢性支气管炎急性发作(AECB)的疗效。方法:128例老年AECB患者随机分为两组,对照组64例采用西医治疗,观察组64例在对照组基础上予益气宣肺汤和穴位贴敷治疗。对比两组中医症状积分、血气指标、炎症因子指标以及免疫功能,并观察两组疗效和安全性。结果:观察组治疗后中医症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后患者PaO₂、SpO₂指标升高、PaCO₂指标下降,且观察组PaO₂、SpO₂水平高于对照组,PaCO₂低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后hs-CRP、IL-1β、IL-8、PCT和sTREM-1指标下降,IL-10升高,且两组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的IgG、IgA、IgM指标升高,且观察组高于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组总有效率92.19%高于对照组的78.13%(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率7.81%、对照组为6.25%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气宣肺汤联合穴位贴敷治疗老年AECB能改善患者临床症状及血气指标,降低炎症反应,提高免疫功能,疗效较好。

Clinical study on Yiqi Xuanfei decoction combined with acupoint application in treatment of acute attack of chronic bronchitis in the elderly

Objective:To explore the efficacy of Yiqi Xuanfei decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis(AECB)in the elderly.Methods:128 elderly AECB patients were randomly divided into two groups.64 cases in the control group were treated with western medicine.64 cases in the observation group were treated with Yiqi Xuanfei decoction and acupoint application base on the treatment of the control group.TCM syndrome scores,blood gas indicators,inflammatory factors indicators and immune function were compared between the two groups.The efficacy and safety of the two groups were observed.Results:The TCM symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,PaO₂ and SpO₂ in the two groups increased,while PaO₂ decreased.The levels of PaO₂ and SpO₂ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of PaCO₂ was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(all P<0.05).After treatment,hs-CRP,IL-1β,IL-8,PCT and sTREM-1 in the two groups were decreased,while IL-10 increased,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the IgG,IgA and IgM in the two groups were increased,and the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.19% higher than the control group 78.13%(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 7.81%,and that of the control group was 6.25%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Xuanfei decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of elderly AECB can improve symptoms and blood gas indicators,reduce inflammation,improve immune function,and have better clinical effects.
