思密达联合西咪替丁治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床护理分析

目的:观察分析思密达联合西咪替丁治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床护理效果。方法:选取本院(在2019年1月至2019年6月)收治88例复发性口腔溃疡患者(均接受思密达联合西咪替丁治疗方法),按照数字随机表法分为实验组(采用综合护理措施)和对照组(采用常规护理措施),每组均为44例。采用统计学分析两组复发性口腔溃疡患者的治疗总有效率、平均溃疡消退时间以及视觉模拟评分。结果:实验组复发性口腔溃疡患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组复发性口腔溃疡患者的平均溃疡消退时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),实验组复发性口腔溃疡患者的视觉模拟评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:思密达联合西咪替丁治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床护理效果显著。

Clinical Nursing Analysis of Recurrent Oral Ulcer Between Smecta and Cimetidine

Objective: To observe and analyze the clinical nursing effect of recurrent oral ulcer between smecta and cimetidine. Methods: 88 patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer(treated with Smecta and cimetidine) were selected from our hospital(January 2019 to June 2019). They were divided into experimental group(using comprehensive nursing measures) and control group(using routine nursing measures) according to the method of digital random table. Each group was 44 cases. Statistical analysis of the two groups of patients with recurrent oral ulcer treatment efficiency, the average ulcer regression time and visual simulation score. Results: The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical nursing effect of Smecta combined with cimetidine on recurrent oral ulcer is significant.
