| 摘 要： | 【摘要】 近年国内外指南更新了特应性皮炎（AD）类别,增加了老年AD分型。老年AD的病因与遗传、皮肤屏障功能障碍、免疫失调及生活方式有关。但多数老年AD患者临床症状不典型,误诊十分常见。充分认识老年AD的发病机制和临床特征,根据老年AD临床特点制定个体化的诊疗方案,对改善患者生活质量,减轻疾病负担显得尤为重要。

| Abstract: | 【Abstract】 In recent years, the category of atopic dermatitis （AD） has been updated in domestic and foreign guidelines, and elderly AD has been added as a subtype. The pathogenesis of elderly AD is related to heredity, skin barrier dysfunction, immune dysregulation and lifestyle. Most elderly AD patients have atypical clinical symptoms, and misdiagnosis is very common. To fully understand the pathogenesis and clinical characteristics of elderly AD, and to formulate individualized diagnosis and treatment plans based on clinical characteristics, are particularly important for improving the quality of life of patients and reducing the burden of the disease. |
