探讨128层螺旋CT在早期周围型小肺癌诊断的临床效果

目的:分析在早期周围型小肺癌的临床诊断中采用128层螺旋CT诊断的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2020年1月我院收治的125例疑似早期周围型小肺癌病人作为研究对象,其中有73例进行了病理检查确诊,还有52例随访;对所有研究对象均进行128层螺旋CT检查,观察多层螺旋CT在该疾病中的诊断正确率和诊断价值。结果:经128层螺旋CT诊断检出125人中共有102例确诊为早期周围型小肺癌,诊断准确率为81.60%;其中35例(34.31%)病灶位于右肺上叶,41例(40.20%)位于右肺中叶,26例(25.49%)位于右肺下叶;病灶呈毛玻璃样密度小泡征39例(38.24%),病灶内部密度不均匀且有小颗粒堆积28例(27.45%),病灶内部呈细支气管征35例(34.31%)。结论:在早期周围型小肺癌的临床诊断中,应用128层螺旋CT技术诊断具有较高的诊断准确率,应用价值较高,值得临床推广。

To explore the clinical effect of 128 slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of early peripheral small lung cancer

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of 128 slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of early peripheral small lung cancer.Methods 125 patients with suspected early peripheral small lung cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the study objects,73 of them were confirmed by pathological examination,and 52 were followed up;all the subjects were examined by 128 slice spiral CT to observe the diagnostic accuracy and diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT in the disease.Results 102 cases of 125 patients were diagnosed as early peripheral small lung cancer by 128 slice spiral CT,the accuracy rate was 81.60%.Among them,35 cases(34.31%)were located in the upper lobe of the right lung,41 cases(40.20%)in the middle lobe of the right lung,26 cases(25.49%)in the lower lobe of the right lung.39 cases(38.24%)of the lesions showed ground glass density vesicle sign,and the internal density of the lesions was uneven and there were small particles 28 cases(27.45%)had bronchiolitis,35 cases(34.31%)had bronchiolitis.Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of early peripheral small lung cancer,the application of 128 slice spiral CT technology has a high diagnostic accuracy,high application value,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
