| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中山大学肿瘤防治中心临床药师参与门诊开展疼痛综合评定的工作模式及其效果。方法:采用回顾性病例对照研究方法,将2017年10月至2018年3月临床药师未参与疼痛综合评定时在疼痛门诊就诊的74例患者作为对照组(由医师进行癌性疼痛评估),2018年4月至2018年9月临床药师参与疼痛综合评定后在疼痛联合门诊就诊的78例患者作为疼痛综合评定组(由临床药师参与疼痛综合评定),比较两组患者入组前、入组2周后的疼痛控制、疼痛对生活质量的影响及用药依从性的变化。结果:入组2周后,两组患者的各项指标水平均较入组前明显改善,且疼痛综合评定组患者的疼痛控制、疼痛对生活质量的影响及用药依从性的变化均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:建立肿瘤专科医院临床药师参与疼痛联合门诊疼痛综合评定的工作模式,有助于提高患者的用药依从性,可明显改善患者的疼痛控制、疼痛对生活的影响。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To probe into the work pattern and effects of clinical pharmacists participating in comprehensive assessment of cancer pain in outpatient department of Sun Yat-Sen University Cancer Center.METHODS:Retrospective case-control study was adopted,74 patients who visited the pain clinic when clinical pharmacists had not participated in comprehensive assessment of pain from Oct.2017 to Mar.2018 were set as the control group(cancer pain was assessed by physician after enrollment),while 78 patients who visited the pain clinic after clinical pharmacists participated in comprehensive assessment of pain from Apr.2018 to Sept.2018 were set as comprehensive assessment group(clinical pharmacist participated in comprehensive assessment of pain after enrollment),changes of pain control,effect of pain on life quality and medication compliance were compared between two groups before enrollment and at 2 weeks after.RESULTS:At 2 weeks after enrollment,various indices of both groups had been significantly improved than before enrollment,and the changes of pain control,effect of pain on life quality and medication compliance of comprehensive assessment group were significantly better than those of control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Establishing a work pattern of clinical pharmacists participating in comprehensive assessment of pain in outpatient in a cancer specialist hospital can help improve patients’medication compliance,significantly improve patients’pain control and the effect of pain on their lives. |
